Great snapshot of the 60's as Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton lead a very distinguished cast in The VIPs. Love the actors, love the clothes, especially love Louis Jourdan (GiGi) who is one of my all time favorites. When fog holds up a BOAC (today's British Airways) flight from London to New York, anxiety increases across the board. A movie producer needs to leave London before midnight or his tax bill soars; a businessman needs to reach New York immediately to save his company, and Liz Taylor needs to leave with her lover before her husband reads her goodbye letter. This movie is a wonderful reflection of the early 1960's. Loved it!
