Michael Dorsey (Dustin Hoffman) does more for women's rights in this movie than anyone else around. He becomes Dorothy Michaels to get a role on a soap and does not put up with the guff dispensed by the director to the women on the set. The public loves her/him. Lots of star power in this one. If you have not seen it, you must!
