I have seen this movie twice and loved it both times. John Cusack and Rachel Weisz are working behind the scenes as is the high paid jury consultant hired by the gun manufacturers played by Gene Hackman. Sadly, this debate is still an issue today. If this kind of thing really goes on behind the scenes of big money trials, you have to wonder about our system of justice.
