Edgar Ramirez play Julio, a petulant and spoiled star heart surgeon who unfortunately has become an alcoholic. His wife played by Juliette Binoche is highly skilled but tries to cater to her husband's whims. I found both the characters a bit distasteful. This earthy movie shows distruction in all phases of their lives.
