Martine comes from NY to LA to stay with a family whose husband is to help her with the sound for her "movie" or art installation of insects which eventually will run in a loop at a gallery in New York. She basically flirts with everybody. Everyone else in the movie seems to be interested in someone who is interested in someone else.
