This dirty, gritty, violent movie takes place mostly in 2042 when the Mob from 2072 sends back their kills to an era before time travel to be disposed of. Joe is a Looper who is paid silver for each hit. One day, he discovers himself as the hit...albeit himself 30 years later. Young Joe is played well by Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Older Joe by Bruce Willis. The mechanics of figuring this all out are not as difficult as you would expect. I was able to follow it including those who travelled through time. Men will probably like this. I thought the story was interesting, but got tired at looking at garbage, dirt and violence. Still a decent date movie.

It was good, who doesn't like Joseph Gordon-Levitt, but the ending made me sad.
