This movie hits all the right notes even if it is a combo of "Moonlight Serenade" and "All About That Bass". Robert De Niro plays a 70 year old widower who has too much time on his hands. He applies for and gets a job as a "senior" intern with About The Fit, a fashion website built and run by Jules Osten played by Anne Hathaway. De Niro's facial expressions are well…..expressive. As usual an A rated job. Anne Hathaway plays a familiar kind of character but does it very well. The script hit all the right notes and the funny moments are frequent enough to keep you smiling even when there are a few tears coming. Jules has built her company in 18 months and has 220 employees and big problems keeping up. At home, her husband takes care of their little girl after having given up his successful marketing career. When Ben (De Niro) arrives, Jules is just not interested but takes on this intern who becomes a calming presence just when she needs it. Meanwhile, Ben is Mr Popularity at the office where Jules rides her bicycle up and down the long floor. Even as his life is improving, Jules life is on rocky ground. The trailer for this movie is pretty true to the actual movie. Take your husband even if it is a secret feminist movie!
