Fairly dreary and disjointed. Adib Abdel Kareem fled Syria when he was falsely accused of being an Israeli agent. He left behind his fiancee played believably by Marisa Tomei. He is now married, living in Toronto, with an affluent lifestyle and two daughters. One snuck into Syria to "find out about her father's past". She disappears and now Adib must try to find and free her. A bit like the Taken movies starring Liam Neeson, but much less violent.
