Well acted story line about three black women with extraordinary talent who work for NASA during the early years. It is set in Virginia and we see the impact of segregation at the time despite their skills. Kevin Costner plays a lead executive of the program who begins to realize the challenges they face. A crowd pleasing movie for sure. In 2016, you will be a bit shocked about how African Americans were treated inn 1961. It makes you angry as you watch the movie especially at the beginning. Never-the-less, these professionals made their way and inspire us today. Nominated for Best Oscar
