This "Slice of Life" movie almost seems as if it should be French instead of British. Sally Hawkins (nominated for an Oscar for supporting actress in Blue Jasmine 2013) is just happy. She smiles even when she is in pain, her bicycle is stolen, her grumpy driving instructor yells at her. She tries to spread happiness to others with mixed results. I enjoyed it . You can relax and watch. Hawkins does a lovely job.
