Based on the Elmore Leonard book, this movie is actually a delight. John Travolta plays Chili Palmer on whom the sun always seems to shine! He wants to get into the movie business, figures out how, uses his muscle effectively, and romances Rene Russo. It is almost a fantasy, but lots of fun
