A member of a military bomb squad is soon to be married to the daughter of one of CSI Foyle's police sergeants. He is arrested for waving a gun around the local pub and Sam is asked to testify in his favor by his fiancee. Meanwhile the squad returns to duty and while diffusing a large bomb in a local shipbuilding factory, they find something very, very tempting. Amid greed, embezzlement, and black-marketeering , Foyle and staff try to solve the unusual mystery and eventual murder of a young soldier
