Opened Christmas Day. Interesting look at an imaged Regency England (1811 in this series) in which Queen Charlotte is black as are various members of top society. A little fluffy at times but I binged watched over two days on Netflix (8 episodes of 1 hour each). Love the clothes, decor and rituals as the Social Season proceeds and young women are eager to meet their match. While the Bridgertons are the main focus, their neighbors, The Feathertons, have a few problems. To add to the spice an anonymous Lady Whistledown publishes a weekly scandal newsletter which titallates all of London. Will our dear Daphne Bridgerton find a "love" match? Watch and see! (Close call on Take A Date...many men won't like it...your call)

While silly at times, I really enjoyed the first season! As long as you don't require realism, I think you will love it.
