The only reason this gets 2 Chicks is because the star player is a woman. Truly the bloodiest movie I have ever seen. However, the thrills are there for those of you who enjoy these films. You will, however, lose track of the body count and where everyone is.

I do enjoy a good horror/suspense movie and have been known to even enjoy a good slasher movie. This movie was hyped up to the point where I had to go see it. And, sadly, I was disappointed. The plot has many holes. Although clever at times, it could've been so much more. Characters were underdeveloped, and I really couldn't care less about them. I couldn't figure out why the intruders (the killers) wore these animal masks, took them off, then put them back on to do the slashing. I liked the main girl ok, (the heroine with an Australian accent -- or I think it was Australian??) but overall I got bored with the plot. No comparison whatsoever to "House of 1000 Corpses" or any other Rob Zombie movie. But from what I hear, it's better than the other so-called 'horror' movies out there today.
