Well crafted or should I say "prepared" film. Bradley Cooper plays formerly acclaimed Chef Adam Jones who had earned two Michelin Stars in Paris when working for his mentor Jean Luc. After spiraling out of control, we are told, he disappeared apparently to New Orleans where he decided to shuck 1 millions oysters as his penance. Three years after his downfall, he arrives in London determined to make it again. He insists that ego and bravado are a a big part of being a top Chef. He finds he has "ghosts" from his previous life in several places. All do not wish him well. Sienna Miller plays the Sous Chef who learns but can also stand up to the volcanic Adam Jones temper. The food looks delicious and, of course, like little works of art. The story is not entirely predictable and I enjoyed watching it. Cooper is very convincing as a Chef and Miller likewise.
