The Chief Chick has a broken window and is having it repaired. That reminded her of the most famous "window" movie ever…Rear Window starring James Stewart and Grace Kelly made exactly 60 years ago. Stewart plays Jeff, a news photographer who is housebound in a wheel chair until his broken leg is mended. Kelly plays Lisa his model girlfriend who becomes like Jeff interested in the lives of those Jeff sees from his rear apartment window which overlooks the courtyards of all the apartments on the block. There is the sexy dancer, Miss Lonely Hearts, newlyweds, and older couple, a sculpter and a composer. One night Jeff thinks something has happened to the middle aged wife across the way. Lisa plays sleuth to check a few things out. This Hitchcock thriller is definitely one of his masterpieces. It is a must see!
