Often remakes of famous musicals or movies are not up to snuff! However, the just released musical Annie is a pleasant and lovely surprise. The famous songs from the original like Tomorrow and It's a Hard Knock Life are there but so are some new songs. Set in the present day, cell phones play a role and Jammie Foxx's(Will Stacks in the movie) apartment is fabulous. Read our review at ANNIE .
